Online Property Tax Payment Service!!!

You will need to have your property tax account number ready. 

Please note that the tax payment service provider has changed.  Payments are now accepted through InforME PayPort Payment Services.  InforME has been processing electronic payments for Maine state and local government since 1999!  They are CyberTrust certified, the industry gold-standard for security, and PCI/DSS compliant.  We are excited to offer this service through the same provider that the town office accepts credit cards through, as well as Rapid Renewal (online vehicle/boat registrations).

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are the only accepted payment methods for this service.  The convenience fee is 2.5% of your payment amount.  The total due (including convenience fee) will be disclosed for you to review prior to processing the payment.

If you do not wish to proceed with payment by credit card/debit card, you can mail a check to the town office instead.  Payments received by mail will not be considered late if postmarked on or before the due date (September 15th or March 15th).   Please mail checks to 1 Municipal Way, Orrington, ME 04474.
