Boards and Committees

Those who are interested in serving on a municipal board/committee should fill out the attached application to submit to the Chairperson of that committee.  If you are unsure of who to contact, you may submit your application to the Town Manager for review. Board of Selectmen and School Committee members are elected officials.  Contact the Town Clerk for information on running for Selectman or School Committee.

The following is a list of committees and boards in the Town of Orrington that members are appointed to by the Board of Selectmen:

Zoning Board of Appeals (3 voting member seats and 2 alternate seats currently open)
