Public Works Department

The Orrington Public Works is located on Tupper Drive and consists of four full time employees. Hours are 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Monday-Friday.

The Town Office is also in radio contact with the Public Works crew throughout the day.

The Public Works Crew is responsible for the year round maintenance of all municipal property within the Town of Orrington including more than 60 miles of roadways, five public facilities and three dams.

A permit is required prior to any excavation within a Town Right-Of-Way. Permit Applications are available at the Town Office, Public Works Garage and here on our web-site.

The Staff

Ricky Robshaw is our Public Works Foreman. He has been with us since 2022.

Brian Stoyell is the senior equipment operator. He has been with us since 2012.

Trevor Stitham is an equipment operator/laborer. He has been with us since 2021

Walter Hincks is an equipment operator/laborer. He has been with us since 2016.
